**Digital Millennium Copyright Act**  
Provider does not tolerate any inappropriate content or misconduct associated with use of the Services.  
Provider has adopted the following policy towards copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the **“DMCA”)**.

### DMCA Takedown Notice Procedures

If Customer or any End User believes any Content infringes upon its Intellectual Property Rights, an End User or other representative of Customer shall submit a notification to Provider’s copyright agent designated below alleging such infringement ( **“DMCA Takedown Notice”**) including the following:

- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple intellectual properties are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such properties;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Provider to locate the material;
- Adequate information by which Provider can contact Submitter;
- A statement that Submitter has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; and 
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and Submitter is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right.

**Counter Notification Procedures**  
If an End User believes material he/she/they posted was wrongfully taken down, a Counter Notice Submitter may file a counter notification with Provider, including:

- Counter Notice Submitter’s signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
- Adequate contact information of Counter Notice Submitter.
- A statement under penalty of perjury by the Counter Notice Submitter that he/she/they have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
